The Trust has developed a Facebook page that contains up-to-date information about everything going on throughout the Trust in North Down & Ards & Down/Lisburn areas, including local events, award ceremonies, public consultation’s, presentations and many more good news stories and key events of interest to members of the community. It is hoped that members of the public who use Facebook will “like” the page and will be able to receive regular updates in their newsfeed.

Facebook is becoming an ever increasing communication tool which reaches over 600 million active users worldwide. As a Trust we are very keen to extend our method of communication to reach all staff.​

Twitter

The Trust is on Twitter. By following us, members of the public will be able to keep up to date with current issues happening in the Trust.

Twitter is an online social networking service and micro-blogging site that enables its users to send and read text-based messages of up to 140 characters known as "tweets". Twitter has rapidly gained worldwide popularity, with over 500 million registered users and generating over 340 million tweets daily.

The Trust has a YouTube channel where various videos on developments and projects can be viewed.

Flickr

​The Trust has a Flickr site which contains a library of images from various events happening throughout the Trust.

Flickr is an image hosting website and is used as a tool to share and embed photographs in social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Flickr has a total of 51 million registered members and 80 million visitors to its platform.
