The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust achieved the prestigious Investors in People standard in May 2011.
The IiP standard provides a framework to help an organisation improve performance and realise objectives through the effective management and development of people.

The South Eastern Trust is committed to to ensuring that all of our people have the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently. The standard provides a framework against which the Trust can measure and further develop its people processes and approaches.
