New Doctors Sign On Timetable and Documentation

Firstly, welcome to the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust.

The information contained within this document is intended to help ensure that the essential Medical HR/Payroll requirements around the commencement of your employment with the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust are understood, and that all roles and responsibilities are adhered to in order to ensure a smooth transition into employment.

All paperwork must be with Human Resources Department by Friday 24 January 2020 to ensure correct payment. PAYROLL DO NOT ACCEPT PHOTOGRAPHED COPIES OF DOCUMENTS.

Failure to provide this information may result in you being paid incorrectly.

Human Resources staff will be available for the verification of documentation at the times stated below, please ensure that you attend the appropriate session for your location.

To enable you to get your Staff ID Badge and Security access, it is vital that you complete and email the following form along with a passport size photograph to access.control@setrust.hscni.net , this will ensure you receive your ID Badge at the time of sign-on:

List of documentation to bring with you to any of the dates above:

Passport - original + 1 copy of photo page
Evidence Of Right To Work In The UK (If Applicable) - Original + 1 Copy
Evidence of GMC/GDC registration + 1 Copy
Evidence of your National Insurance Number (ie. P45/P60/NI Card)
Evidence of Occupational Health Assessment (centralised medical letter) - original + copy

Evidence of previous service ( i.e. Staff Transfer form ) original + 1 copy

The Medical Staffing section of the Human Resources Department has a departmental section on the Trust i-Connect site, which you will be able to access on your arrival at the Trust.

This section will provide you with access/links to relevant Trust policies and procedures that you are required to read as part of your employment with the Trust.
