Community Placements are available throughout the Trust area. It is a service which offers family placements and support, advice and guidance for young people aged 14+ who cannot remain living at home.

If your child requires this service your Family and Child Care Social Worker will discuss it with you and will refer your child to the service in order to find a suitable family.
