General Outpatients Department (Downe Hospital)

We, in the Outpatients Department in the Downe Hospital, are committed to providing the highest levels of individual care and attention to all patients who are referred to us.

Clinics are held, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (with the exception of bank holidays). Approximately 60 clinics are held each week. General Practitioners, Consultants or the Accident and Emergency Department may refer patients to us.

As our aim is to see patients as efficiently as possible, we ask you to allow at least one hour for your visit, as it may be necessary to see more than one specialist or you may require investigations and tests.
