FACILITATION OF THE MERGER OF FINANCE FUNCTIONS ACROSS THE NEW SOUTH EASTERN TRUST

The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust is currently addressing the facilitation of a merger of finance function across the Trust by relocating staff. This is in order to ensure that staff working in the same or closely related functional areas, are located in the same place.

As part of this process the Trust is carrying out and Equality Impact Assessment to assess any potential impact that may be experienced across the range of the Section 75 Equality Groups.

Please find enclosed a pre-consultation document and questionnaire inviting comments on the proposals. I would be grateful if you could give some consideration to this document with a view to having a response to us by 7^th December 2007.
