Human Resources Strategy

The Trust complies with the Regional HPSS Human Resource Strategy. This document is available from the Trust's Human Resources Department.

Continuing Professional Development

The Trust contracts with the Beeches Management Centre for Training & Development Courses. A prospectus is published by the Beeches annually and is available either directly from the Beeches Management Centre, Hampton Manor Drive, Belfast or the Trust’s Human Resources Department. Notification of in - service programmes are circulated to relevant staff in advance.

Vacancy Advertising
The Trust currently uses the 'Belfast Telegraph' and the ‘Irish News’ as its primary media sources. A small number of temporary vacancies would be placed with local job markets and/or community organisations.
