Patient Enquiries & Telephones Enquiries Relatives/Friends may make enquiries by ringing the ward directly, or if unsure of the ward the patient has been admitted to, may contact switchboard and our operators will endeavour to help. The following are a list of useful telephone numbers:
Some of the wards within the Ulster Hospital now operate the Patient Line service which enables relatives/friends to phone the patient themselves on their bedside telephone. With this facility the patient may also phone out to speak to relatives/friends. Along with its use as a phone the system also provides patients with access to a range of television channels, radio and other services such as email.
