Complaints

We want to give the best service to all our residents, patients and clients, and their relatives and carers. Usually we succeed - but sometimes things can go wrong. When this happens, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.

If there is any aspect that you are not happy about please speak to a member of staff or ask to speak to the person in charge so that we can resolve your concerns quickly.

Please tell us if you don’t understand something that a member of hospital staff has said to you.
