Ulster Hospital Capital Development Department

The Ulster Hospital Capital Development department is responsible for advancing National, Regional, NHS, Royal College etc strategies and standards in the planning, preparation and implementation of the Ulster Hospital’s Strategic Development Plan and associated business cases in respect of capital and service development projects.

Based at the Ulster Hospital the Capital Development Project Director and Capital Development staff plan manage and co-ordinate the ongoing redevelopment of the hospital site whilst ensuring that existing clinical and other services continue unhindered.

The department works very closely with users as part of the capital development process and greatly values all feedback, comments or complaints. To this end users thus help to shape our service to better meet their needs / requirements and those of the Trust.
