Terraced Car Park

The new four-tier, 500 space, terraced car park opened to patients, visitors and staff on 5^th March 2007. The car park, located adjacent to the Accident and Emergency Department, has helped to ease site traffic congestion and parking difficulties.

This building also accommodates the hospital’s new security control centre, which provides additional CCTV coverage and monitoring equipment to enhance existing general security and safety arrangements.

A small ceremony took place on 5^th March 2007 to mark the official opening.
