Management Structure

The board within the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust is made up of a Chairman, Chief Executive and 8 Directors aswell as 7 Non Executive Directors.

	Chairman: Denise Fitzsimons Ms Fitzsimons as Chair of the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust provides leadership and guidance to the Non Executive Directors of the Trust. She chairs the monthly Trust Board meeting.

Chief Executive: John Compton Roles & Responsibilities of the Chief Executive To lead and direct the Trust to ensure delivery of efficient and effective health and social services within allocated resources and the policies and practices of sound corporate governance. The Chief Executive is the Trust’s accountable officer to the DHSSPS for all matters relating to the performance of the Trust and the discharge of delegated statutory functions.
