Under the Data Protection Act, the Trust will not give out any information about a patient unless we are given permission to do so by the individual or their next of kin or guardian. If any individual attempts to record on media of any kind without permission from the Trust, that individual will be asked to leave the site immediately. Major Incidents: Ulster Community & Hospital Trust has a major incident plan which includes arrangements for the media.
